Hunting Bears is a 2021 British short film written and directed by Jason Ruddy, and starring Nathaniel Parker and Joel Beckett. The film is Ruddy's film debut as both writer and director.
Plot[edit]
Hunting Bears is a glimpse into the life of Andy (Joel Beckett) who has suddenly become a full time carer for his older brother Kenny (Nathaniel Parker). After a lifetime spent resisting responsibility, Andy is struggling to come to terms with his ongoing situation, and makes one last attempt to re-connect with his brother.
