The Hunting Tower development is an in-progress office building located in Downtown Detroit, MI. Formerly known as the Chemical Bank headquarters and later TCF tower, the name was finally changed to Huntington Tower after the Huntington-TCF merger.[1] The development is located at the southwest corner of Woodward Avenue and West Elizabeth Street in Detroit. Construction is estimated to be completed in 2022.
Design[edit]
The development, designed by Neumann/Smith Architecture will be a 21 story building, reaching a height of 95 meters (312 ft).[2] The building will include ten stories of parking, nine stories of workspace, and a rooftop terrace.[3]
