If the tower is built, it will become the tallest building between Philadelphia and Charlotte, surpassing Virginia's tallest building, the 508ft. (38 story) Westin Tower in VA Beach. The tower will feature office space, a hotel, a restaurant, and retail space. It would be 262 feet taller that the current tallest building in Wilmington, The River Tower at Christiana Landing (340ft. 27 stories)!
