McConnell Johnson Innovation Center is a 183.49 m (602.0 ft), 42-story proposed tower in Wilmington, Delaware. If the tower is built, it will become the tallest building between Philadelphia and Charlotte, surpassing Virginia's tallest building, the 508 ft. (38-story) Westin Tower in VA Beach. The tower will feature office space, a hotel, a restaurant, and retail space. It would be 262 feet taller than the current tallest building in Wilmington, the River Tower at Christiana Landing (340 ft., 27 stories)! The tower is being developed by Hercules to be their headquarters.
