iA Capital Markets (French: iA Marchés des capitaux[1]) is a division of iA Private Wealth Inc. and a part of iA Financial Group, with offices in Montreal, Toronto, and Calgary, Canada. The firm provides investment banking, advisory services, equity research, and has institutional trading platforms in equities, bonds, and foreign currencies.
In 2020, iA Capital Markets completed $7.9 billion in equity-raising transactions and $20.2 billion in debt-raising transactions. Since 2019, iA Capital Markets has completed 215 transactions in Canada and abroad.

In 2002, Groupe Financier Concorde, ISL-Lafferty Securities and certain assets of BNP (Canada) Securities[2] were acquired by iA Financial Group and brought together to form Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. (iA Securities), a full-service retail wealth advisory firm with a capital markets division.
In 2014, iA Securities acquired MGI Securities, and subsequently grew the combined entity.Cite error: Closing </ref> missing for <ref> tag
On January 18, 2021, iA Securities was rebranded as iA Private Wealth, with the capital markets division becoming iA Capital Markets.[3] [4]
