iPadOS 29 will be the tenth major release of iPadOS, Apple's operating system for the iPad. It is expected to be announced in June 2028, at the annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC). It will be the direct of successor to iPadOS 28 and will most likely be announced alongside iOS 29, macOS 29, watchOS 29, visionOS 29, and tvOS 29,
Supported Devices
iPadOS 29 requires an A15 and M1 chip or later. It drops support for the 10th-generation iPad, and the 4th-generation iPad Air which has the A14 SoC.
