iPed and other names such as aPad are generic names in China for tablet computers which resemble the Apple iPad.[1][2] The iPed tablet is less expensive and is considered a clone of the iPad.[3]
As of November 2010, the name iPed was used for a tablet media player, personal computer (PC) with Google Android 1.6, and a 7 inches (180 mm) display.
