The fourth-generation iPhone SE (also known as the iPhone SE 4) is a rumoured smartphone which would be designed and developed by Apple Inc. It would be part of the iPhone lineup, which currently include the iPhone 17, iPhone Air and iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max models. If released, it would be a direct successor to the third-generation iPhone SE of 2022. It is very unlikely this phone will be announced, as Apple released a spiritual successor to be iPhone SE (3rd generation), the iPhone 16e, in 2025.
History
Rumors about a fourth-generation iPhone SE appeared since January 2022, two months before the release of the third-generation iPhone SE.[1]
In 2025, Apple released the iPhone 16e, considered to be a spiritual successor to be third-generation SE, on February 28, 2025.
