IBASEN co.,Ltd is a fan manufactur and wholesale company in Nihonbashi Kobunecho, Chūō, Tokyo, Japan. It sells uchiwa, folding fans, and Japanese paper products. In Edo period, it published Ukiyo-e as an Ukiyo-e publisher and sells uchiwa as traditional round paper fans with Ukiyo-e (Japanese woodblock prints) artwork as a wholesaler.
