Ignatius Dewa Muzenda is a Zimbabwean businessman and son of former Vice-President of Zimbabwe, Simon Muzenda and Maud Muzenda.[1][2] Born in 1961 in Bulawayo, Southern Rhodesia, Muzenda grew up during the Rhodesian Bush War where his parents and siblings; Tsitsi Muzenda, Vitalis, and Virginia were involved in the liberation struggle.[3][4] He has been involved in the running of the business of the family which includes; Chekesai Goods Transport and Murefu Investments which over the years have faced struggles of poor corporate governance.[5][6]
