Ilenia Campagnola (born 20 December 1997) is an Italian entrepreneur and business executive. She is a co-founder of DR7, a company established in Cagliari in 2024 that developed from a premium-vehicle rental operation into a group offering luxury services and technology for mobility-related businesses.[1][2]

Early life

Campagnola was born on 20 December 1997 in Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy.[3]

Career

DR7

Campagnola co-founded DR7 with Valerio Saia in Cagliari on 13 March 2024.[1][2] The company reportedly began without institutional investors or venture-capital financing. Its initial capital was approximately €10,000, which was used to establish the business and purchase an Audi RS Q3 as its first vehicle.[1][2]

DR7 initially provided sports and premium cars for short rental periods. Media reports stated that it generated approximately €20,000 in business volume during its first 15 days and that the founders reinvested the early proceeds to acquire additional vehicles, including an Audi RS 6 and an Audi RS 3.[1][2]

Campagnola and Saia later changed the company's main model from hourly rentals to daily rentals. Accounts of the business attributed this change to the founders' efforts to address supplier problems, vehicle incidents, market changes and the limitations of the original model.[1][2]

Luxury services and digital infrastructure

DR7 subsequently broadened its advertised services to include luxury villas, yachts, helicopters, private aircraft, concierge support and customised services for high-profile customers.[1][2]

Campagnola has also been associated with DR7 Holding and projects identified as Drivion, DR7 AI, SDIX, Trustera, Lamu, EMTN, DR7 Rent and Prime Wash.[3][4] These initiatives have been described as involving fleet administration, vehicle security, professional vehicle care, secure-document systems, electronic signatures, electronic invoicing and mobility risk-management infrastructure.[4]

One of the company's principal technology projects is DR7 A.I., a proprietary platform created to manage quotations, contracts, digital signatures, payments, communications and administrative workflows.[1][2] Published reports stated that the system was initially developed to address DR7's own operating requirements and was subsequently prepared for possible use by other businesses.[1][2]

The platform has also been described as maintaining operational histories of rental customers to support security, transparency and reliability in professional vehicle rentals.[1]

Growth and restructuring

DR7 reportedly generated approximately €470,000 in business volume during its first financial period, covering nine months of operation. Its business volume in 2025 was reported as approaching €1 million.[1][2]

Media profiles published in 2026 stated that the company served around 5,000 customers, processed more than 3,000 contracts annually, managed approximately 25 vehicles and employed a team of six.[1][2] The profiles also reported more than 300 five-star customer reviews and a social-media audience of nearly 60,000 followers; these were company-related promotional metrics rather than independently audited performance measures.[1][2]

In July 2025, DR7 converted into a Società per azioni.[1][2] A sworn appraisal completed in May 2026 reportedly estimated the DR7 trademark's value at approximately €5 million.[1][2] The reported figure concerned an appraisal of the brand and was not described as a company acquisition, financing round or public-market valuation.

A June 2026 profile published by Il Roma discussed Campagnola and Saia jointly, focusing on the establishment of DR7 and its expansion into technology-supported mobility and luxury services.[5]
