ImHex is an open-source reverse-engineering platform and hexadecimal editor developed by WerWolv Nik[1] It can disassemble binary (executable) files and display the disassembly as plots. Besides this, it also allows you to easily navigate around the hexadecimal or binary form of the file and edit it as needed in order to do reverse engineering research. ImHex can also perform a deep analysis of the executable code, generating metadata which helps gain a better understanding of the binary. It can also transpile the instructions into an intermediate language in order to decompile the code.
ImHex supports various CPU architectures and runs Windows, macOS, and Linux. Several executable, portable and package-managed versions are generated by the community.
