Imam Ali Stadium is the home stadium of Gol Gohar Sirjan.[1] The stadium is in fact part of the Imam Ali Sports Complex in Sirjan, where the home matches of Arman Gohar Sirjan are held.

Renovation

The stadium was renovated in 2019 to host the matches of Gol Gohar Sirjan in the Persian Gulf Pro League.[2][3] The renovation works included the construction and expansion of spectator stands, installation of four floodlight pylons around the pitch, construction of dressing rooms for players and referees, entrance and exit control gates for spectators, construction of a VIP building, substitute player benches, zoning of spectator stands, landscaping of the stadium, installation of high-quality CCTV cameras to monitor the stands, construction of sanitary facilities, and similar works, at a cost of over 28 billion rials. Additional measures such as providing a diesel generator to supply the stadium's electricity in the event of a possible power outage were also put on the agenda.[4][5]
