ImgPlay is a GIF or video-making mobile application created by ImgBase, Inc. It is available for iOS and Android.
ImgPlay takes Live Photos and turns them into videos that can be shared widely. ImgPlay allows users to load photos, Live Photos, or burst photos from their camera roll to edit them and save them as GIF or video format.
