3D House Planner is an architectural design web application built on Babylon.js framework.[2][3][4] It allows users to sketch houses and apartments and serves as a tool for architects, interior designers, homeowners, and real estate professionals to digitally conceptualize and communicate design ideas.[5] This application allows switching between 2D and 3D view modes, selecting objects to furnish and decorate the interior and exterior of a home, and changing the appearance of objects.[6][5][7][8][9][10] This application is also known as a helper tool for Blender users, as it enables seamless import and export of 3D models between them.[11]
Features
- Import home blueprint from scanned image[2]
- No login or registration process required[12]
- Allow importing to glb, gltf, obj and babylon formats[2][13][14]
- Allow exporting to glb, mp4 and png formats[13]
- Add texture to an object. Most textures contain albedo, normal, ambient occlusion, metalness and roughness maps[13]
