Immortal is the upcoming sixth studio album by american rapper Wild Wes. It is set to be released on June 19th of 2020 by Icy Records.
Background[edit]
Immortal was started after Resurrection was changed into a mixtape. Wild Wes confirmed on Twitter on April 29th of 2020 that Immortal is the continuation of Resurrection. Wild Wes also stated that a few tracks from Resurrection would appear on the album. After Tracks For Da Ages, Wild Wes wanted to be done with music, then on March Wild Wes decided to let the beef go and he released New Ice to end the Flex Entertainment beef. The HM&S Wiki ban is still going on, as of April 29th of 2020.
After Wild Wes was done with Resurrection, Wild Wes wasn't too proud of the project, he did include a few tracks from the mixtape but not a lot of tracks made it.
Singles[edit]
On March 16th of 2020, New Ice was released. The track was made to end the Flex Entertainment beef. Racks On Me released on March 27th of 2020. Then Chasin' Bucks, the lead single, released on May 1st of 2020. Before Chasin' Bucks released, Wild Wes released the snippet for the track along with Run It Back from the Resurrection mixtape which didn't appear on the album.
