Imperium Comms is a PR, SEO and publisher management agency, founded by former journalist Suliman Mulhem in 2019. Mulhem was 20 years old when he founded Imperium Comms, after founding other business ventures in his late teens and after spending five years in political and financial journalism, most notably serving as a managing editor at Spuntik News, and a reporter for Euromoney and Gulf News.[1][2][3]

History

Imperium Comms initially operated as a traditional PR and SEO agency, but quickly began whitelabelling its services to other agencies to aggressively expand. As of 2025, Imperium Comms works with over three dozen PR and SEO agencies, including publicly traded agencies, which sub-contract accounts to them.[4]

In 2024, the firm launched its publisher management service and began onboarding publishers who were seeking to optimize their advertising revenues and tap into new markets. Notable publishers that form part of Imperium Comms’ network include Reuters and Formula1News.co.uk, which was also founded by Suliman Mulhem.[5] [6]

Imperium Comms is the parent company of Formula1News.co.uk, which was ranked by Press Gazette as one of the 25 largest sports news sites in the UK in 2023 and the UK's second-fastest growing sports news publication.[7]

Clients

Most of Imperium Comms’ clients are other PR and SEO agencies who outsource accounts to them. The majority of their outsourced and direct accounts are in the financial, tech, cryptocurrency and governmental/political sectors, with a focus on the US and European markets.[8]

Imperium Comms also works with the Private Office of Sheikh Ahmed Bin Faisal Al Qassimi, and the Kurdish Regional Government is a former client. [9] [10]
