In-Koo Cho(1958 ~ ) is an South Korean economist and professor at Emory University. He is known for his research on game theory, notably his 1987 paper, “Signaling Game and Stable Equilibria," co-authered with David M. Kreps. He earned his BA from Seoul National University in 1981 and his Ph.D. from Princeton University in 1986. In 2002, he became the first Korean economist to be elected as a fellow of the Econometric Society.
