InboxDollars is an online marketing company and rewards program that offers an online rewards program to its users for their online activities, such as watching videos, using coupons, and taking surveys.[1][2][3]

InboxDollars makes revenue from advertisers, which pay to have their ads shown to consumers on the site; the revenue is then split between InboxDollars and its members, who can withdraw the money earned after reaching certain thresholds.[4][5] InboxDollars is available to users in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.[6]

History[edit]

The site was launched in 2000 by Daren Cotter, then a student at Minnesota State University, Mankato, the first website for his company CotterWeb Enterprises.[3]

As of 2016, InboxDollars was based in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, with Cotter still serving as CEO. That same year, the site generated over $25 million in annual revenue.[2][6]

In May 2019, CotterWeb was acquired by Prodege.[6]
