Inc & Co is a privately held venture capital company based in the United Kingdom. It was founded on 26 June 2019 by Jack Mason[1], Dave Antrobus[2], and Scott Dylan[3]. The company focuses on acquiring, investing in, and turning around distressed businesses across various sectors.
As of August 2021 Inc & Co has acquired over 15 brands[4] and turns over in excess of £150m.
Under the leadership of CEO Jack Mason, and with the guidance of co-founders Dave Antrobus and Scott Dylan, Inc & Co has rapidly grown its portfolio and successfully turned around numerous businesses across various industries, including digital marketing, travel, retail, property technology, e-commerce, and finance.

- July 2019 - Fast Web Media - A Manchester based marketing agency and was the first acquisition which launched Inc & Co and was purchased from Mporium PLC.[5][6][7][8]
