In 1998, K.P. Sreejith set up a law firm “Sreeji & Lal”. The Firm was later renamed as "INDIALAW LLP". The firm currently has 10 offices, and more than 120 lawyers in all over India.[3]

Notable Cases[edit]

The Firm handled major cases such as the high profile insolvency cases of Binani Cements,[4] "Anrak Aluminium Limited", "Shakti Bhog Foods Limited", and "WIND WORLD INDIA LIMITED"[5] and VISA Steel.[6] all are in the second list of defaulters recommended by RBI for insolvency resolution.[7]
