1978-1988[edit]
HMP Consultancy Services, initially founded as HMP Consultants was founded in 1978 by Late Shri H.M. Patel. Its early clients included Z G Equipments Pvt. Ltd. providing services of Auditing and Book Keeping related to Labour Laws.
1988-1998[edit]
Few years of 1980s were considered as Trade Union Era in India.[4] Every Employer in India was stressed with the Union activities in their Factories.[5] To overcome the situation H.M. Patel initiated encouraging the employers against the wrong practice by the Trade Unions and formed Vadodara Employers' Organisation, which later turned into Gujarat Employers' Organisation.[6]

Internship Programs[edit]
The Law firm is known for its internship program. This is a three-year program in which interns are assigned to a department for one year and rotate at the end of the year to provide comprehensive education. The selection of interns will be conducted in three stages: the first selection based on the resume, the second selection after the selection, and the direct interview with the personnel manager. Then, the selected candidate will proceed from the second interview to the third interview, and will have a face-to-face interview with seniors.
