India International Insurance (incorporated as India International Insurance Pte Limited in 1987) is a non-life insurance company registered in Singapore.[1] It is formed by merging the operations of five state-owned Indian insurance companies, operating in Singapore for over 70 years.[2][3][4]

India International Insurance is equally owned by five Indian general insurance companies: GIC Re, National Insurance Co. Ltd., The New India Assurance Co. Ltd., The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd., and United India Insurance Co. Ltd. It has a stable S&P rating of A-.[5][6]
