The Indonesian franchise holders of the five major male beauty pageants are the following:
- Manhunt International Indonesia — for Manhunt International[1]
- L-Men of The Year — for Mister International[2] and Mister World[3]
- Mister Global Indonesia — for Mister Global.[4]
- Mister Indonesia — for Mister Supranational.[5]
