Ghana at major beauty pageants
This is a list of Ghana's representatives and their placements at the Big Four international beauty pageants. The country has not yet win any crown.
Hundreds of beauty pageants are conducted yearly, but the Big Four are considered the most prestigious,[1] widely covered and broadcast by media.[2] The Wall Street Journal,[3] BBC News,[4] CNN,[5] Xinhua News Agency,[6] and global news agencies such as Reuters[7] and Agence France-Presse[8][9] collectively refer to the four major pageants as "Big Four" namely: Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International, and Miss Earth.[10][11][12]
The Ghana franchise holders of the four major beauty pageants are the following:
- Inna Mariam Patty — Miss Ghana for Miss World
- Delphine Brew Hammond — Miss International Ghana for Miss International
- Menaye Donkor — Miss Universe Ghana for Miss Universe
- Unknown National Director — Miss Earth Ghana for Miss Earth
Ghana's Big Four pageants titleholders[edit]
Ghana has been represented in the Big Four international beauty pageants, the four major international beauty pageants for women.[3][13] These are Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss International and Miss Earth.[14][15][16]
