Inese Kucinska-Lauksteine (Born 22 June, 1969) is an Latvian actress. She lives in Liepaja, Latvia and works in Liepaja Theater since 1993. Inese was born in Liepaja and grew up in Velnciems, a neighbourhood in Liepaja. She graduated the fourth studio of Liepaja`s theatre.

Awards and nominations

• has been nominated for "Lead Actress" in "Player`s Night"(Spēlmaņu nakts) 11 times, she has won the title twice.
• has been nominated "Best supporting actress" 5 times.
• has won the "Lilita Berzina" prize for excellent performance (Lilitas Bērziņas balva)
• won the “Liepaja`s woman of the year” in 2010. and 2011.(Gada Liepājniece)
• won Latvian actor association prize “The Fool`s Hat” in 2006.(Āksta Cepure)

Personal life

Married director Herberts Lauksteins in 1992. She has four children.
