Infinite Computer Solutions is a multinational information technology services and consulting company headquartered in United States and India, with operations in over 9 countries. It is a Fortune India 500 company with revenues of Rs. 3,056 crores.[2]

Infinite Computer Solutions was established in 1999. It provides business technology and product engineering services to companies in the telecom, healthcare, media & entertainment, insurance, banking & financial services, retail and travel sectors and the government.[3][4] The company has operations in locations including India, the US, the UK, Singapore, Malaysia and China,[4] and services more than 350 clients, including Fortune 1000 companies such as IBM, Xerox Corporation, Nokia, Siemens, Alcatel Lucent and Western Union.[5]
The company was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange but opted for a voluntary delisting in January 2018 to acquire complete ownership of the company by purchasing all the 8.34 million equity shares held by public shareholders.[6][7]
The company also owns and manages Indian Badminton League’s Delhi team[8] and Maryland Cricket Premier League’s Infinite Eagles team.[9]
Acquisitions[edit]
In June 2020, Infinite Computer Solutions collaborated with Qualcomm on smart cities deployments using an Internet of Things-as-a-Service business model.[10] In 2021, the company acquired IBM Corporation’s cloud-based talent management software unit, which includes IBM Lead Manager, BrassRing, and Onboard software suites.[3]

In 2021, Infinite Computer Solutions was recognized as a leader in the ISG Provider Lens™ Healthcare Digital Services Report for the U.S.[11] In 2020, it was featured in the Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix® assessment under the Healthcare Provider Digital Services Category.[12]
In 2017, the company won the Stevie Awards in the Company of the Year – Computer Services category during the 14th Annual International Business Awards,[13] and is listed in the Fortune India 500 ranking since 2014.[2] It also won India’s Most Respected Company in Corporate Governance & Excellence Award at 4th Annual India Leadership Conclave & Indian Affairs Business Leadership Awards in 2013.[14]
