Infinite Family Tree Explorer is a shareware genealogy software for macOS which specializes in displaying, exploring and printing exhaustive and detailed family trees charts. It works with any software or website using the GEDCOM format.
History[edit]
Version 1 (2018)[edit]
The software was initially developed for private use only, first as an extension to a HyperCard stack, then as a Carbon application. It was eventually rewritten to import GEDCOM databases, and publicly released[1][2][3] as a Cocoa application on the Mac App Store in 2018, 30 years after its debut.
Version 2 (2021)[edit]
Version 2 added support for a timeline view, and for powerful filters to flag individuals based on flexible criteria, such as country of birth.
