Infopankki.fi is a multilingual website, with information for migrants planning to move to, or already residing in Finland. The website also serves as a source of information for officials working within multilingual communications services.

Infopankki provides reliable information on moving to Finland; on working, studying and residing in the country, as well as health, family and leisure services. The site additionally provides local information on Greater Helsinki area (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen), Turku, Tampere, Kokkola, Ylivieska area, Raahe-Kalajoki area, Raahe, Siikajoki, Pyhäjoki, Kalajoki and Merijärvi, Oulu and Rovaniemi.

The website has three focus groups:

  • Immigrants already residing in Finland
  • Immigrant services
  • Those intending to move to Finland

Languages on Infopankki: Finnish, Swedish, English, Estonian, French, Russian, Somali, Turkish, Arabic, Persian, Chinese and Spanish. All webpages have identical content.

Finnishcourses.fi service is a part of Infopankki. It provides information on Finnish and Swedish language courses in Helsinki, Tampere and Turku regions.

Infopankki is published by the city of Helsinki, and it is funded by the state and the Infopankki member municipalities. The statutory financial partners are Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, Ministry of Education and Culture, Ministry of the Environment, Kela (the independent social security institution) and the Finnish Tax Administration.
