Ingaigwanak

Ingaigwanak is a new women's leadership system in the Maasai tribe of Tanzania, which was established by Mimutie Women Organization.[1] This leadership system allows women from the Maasai tribe to be leaders as Leigwanan. The Ingaigwanak system was established by the women's rights activist Rose NJilo, who is the executive director of Mimutie Women Organisation.[2][3]
