Ingrid Elise Dahle is a UK award winning Norwegian Comedian and Actress. Born in Stavanger Norway, Ingrid grew up in Hommersåk[2]
She resides in Brighton & Hove performing all around the United Kingdom.
Comedy Career
Winner of the Brighton Comedy Festival inaugural 'squawker award' in 2012. As the winner Ingrid performed at the Brighton Dome for the Best of the Fest.[3]
Ingrid was nominated for the final of So You Think You're Funny? (SYTYF) in 2012.
Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2015 runner up
A regular supporter of several charities including 'Bloody Good Period' working towards ending Period Poverty for those that cannot afford essential products, [4] sexual violence and domestic abuse against women through the fundraiser Charity Chuckle in 2012[5] with Rachel Parris and Lucy Porter & 2015[6] for Young People's Centre Brighton.
Supporting Jen Brister on Jen's sixth UK tour in 2018 'Meaningless' both Dahle and Brister received outstanding reviews [7]
She has toured with Desiree Burch as part of 'Desiree’s Coming Early' UK Tour October / November 2019. Desiree Burch is an American comedian and television host.[8]

Film and Radio
Dahle played Esther, the feature character in Being Nice, a short comedy drama released 2015[15] directed by Leah Revivo. A socially inept factory girl (Esther) decides to try and fit in, but Being Nice is never as simple as it sounds. Ingrid plays the lead character Esther.[16]
She presented BBC Radio 4's Comedy Club at Machynlleth Comedy Festival[17] together with Arthur Smith.
