Institute of Supply Chain Management
The Institute of Supply Chain Management (IoSCM) is an international organisation and professional body which represents the interests of the supply chain industry.[1]
In addition to supporting its members, the organisation encourages professional development, produces publications on supply chain management interests and offers accredited supply chain training courses and qualifications.
IoSCM has its offices in Newcastle Upon Tyne (United Kingdom) and London (United Kingdom) with members and learners based worldwide.
Training and Qualifications[edit]
The Institute of Supply Chain Management offers distance learning qualifications covering the full supply chain sector. All qualifications are internationally recognised.[2]
Supply Chain qualifications are provided from entry level through to Senior strategic level to meet business and / or learner development requirements, including:

Qualifications can be accessed directly through IoSCM via distance learning, or through accredited centres. Courses can be chosen by learners based on both previous qualifications studied, or industry experience. IoSCM qualifications are fully accredited by SFEDI (Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative). SFEDI is a regulated award organisation and certificating body dedicated to enterprise, business support and addressing the needs of industries through innovative qualifications.
IoSCM’s Supply Chain qualifications are additionally assessed by the Institute of Supply Chain Management (IoSCM) Strategic and Quality Committee. Made up of impartial education and industry experts from around the world the committee provides impartial feedback on course content and regularly reviews the relevance of each course based on significant experience of supply chain management.

Membership of IoSCM enables professionals within the supply chain industry to develop their education and skills within the sector with different membership levels available.
