International Center for Advocacy on Right to Health (ICARH) is an organization registered in Nigeria supporting the rights of sexual minorities and people living with HIV in Nigeria.[1]

The ICARH support research in to health and behaviours of men who have sex with men (MSM). Due to the risk of being attacked or arrested for being thought of as homosexual in Nigeria a significant proportion of men with HIV, or at risk of becoming HIV+, are afraid to seek healthcare or treatment.[2][3]
