Intetics is an American technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions built with SMAC, RPA, AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and GIS/UAV/LBS technologies. Headquartered in Naples, Florida, Intetics operates from multiple offices in the USA, Europe, and Latin America.[1]

Intetics was founded by Boris Kontsevoi in Belarus in 1995 under the name "Client-Server Programs.[1]

In 1996, the company joined the Microsoft Certified Solution Provider program.[2]

The company’s headquarters was moved to Prague, in the Czech Republic, the following year.[3]

In 2000, a new brand name, Web Space Station®, was introduced.[4]

In 2003, the company changed its name to Intetics (a combination of three words: Internet, Technology, and Ethics) and moved to Chicago, Illinois. The company has grown organically to 80 people.[5][6][7]

In 2004, Offshore Dedicated Team was invented as a novel business model, later becoming the industry standard.[8]

The second Intetics development center, with a strong GIS specialization, was opened in Kharkiv, Ukraine, the following year.[9]

In 2008, the Intetics team grew to 200 people. The same year, the company entered Inc. 5000 for the first time. The company appeared on the Inc. 5000 list eight more times in the following years.[10]

Intetics established multiple representative offices worldwide in 2009.[11]

The company President and CEO, Boris Kontsevoi, received the Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) designation by the IAOP, becoming the first COP from Eastern Europe.

In 2011, Boris Kontsevoi invented Remote In-Sourcing, an advanced software team formation model.[12]

Intetics opened a development center in Kyiv, Ukraine, in 2012.[13]

The following year, the EU branch, Intetics GmbH in Düsseldorf, Germany, was established.[14]

In 2014, the company opened its representative office in London, UK, and its team has grown to 450 people.[15]

In 2015, Intetics won the European BPO Contract of the Year Award from the National Outsourcing Association (NOA) (NOA is the previous brand of the Global Sourcing Association (GSA), which functioned for 29 years till 2016).[16][17]

Intetics headquarters were moved from Illinois to Naples, Florida, in 2016. In the same year, Boris Kontsevoi formulated Predictive Software Engineering principles https://www.eweek.com/development/how-predictive-software-engineering-can-smooth-development-processes/  and invented TETRA™, a Technical Debt Reduction Platform. The company also established a development center in Kraków, Poland. Since 2016, Intetics has been a regular sustaining donor of Wikipedia and the Wikimedia Foundation.[18][19]

Intetics won the African Outsourcing Project of the Year at the GSA Global Sourcing Awards 2018.[20]

Today Intetics specializes in the establishment and operation of offshore dedicated teams for application development, GIS, systems integration, engineering, data processing and back-office support.[21]

In 2010 Belarusian production branch of Intetics becomes a resident at the Belarusian Hi-Tech Park.[22]

In 2016 Intetics introduces the new framework in software development, Predictive Software Engineering.[23][24]
