Inther is an international system integrator, with its Enterprise Business Headquarter located in Venray, The Netherlands. The company automates internal logistic processes by providing manual solutions, mechanized systems, or a combination of both.
Inther LC[edit]
The software that has been developed by Inther itself, called Inther LC, is responsible for controlling these processes. Inther LC (Logistics Control) is used in warehousing and distribution environments as well as manufacturing and production plants. The key-focus of Inther LC is on logistics. The software optimizes the progress and creates control over the sub-processes in one overall integrated system. Inther LC logistics automation suite is a modular system that contains various different components. All components can be used in one integrated system, or separate and independent from each other. All components can be categorized in the following main modules: Warehouse Management (WMS), Warehouse Control (WC) and Material Flow Control (MFC).

Inther Logistics Engineering was founded on May 1st 1998 in Venray by Paul Hermsen and Martijn Herder. In the beginning, they started their business with the two of them. In 2016, Inther Group counted 120 employees, spread over its multiple offices around the world.[2]
In 2004, Inther opened its first foreign office, Inther Integrated Systems Corp., in Monroe, the United States. After the United States, Inther Software Development in Moldova (2009), Inther Warehouse Automation GmbH in Germany (2010), Inther Logistics Technology Co., Ltd in China (2011) and Inther Logistics Automation BVBA in Belgium (2014) followed.
In 2015, Inther won the Logistica Award public price during the Logistica with its product the Automated Document Applicator.[3] This is a machine which fully automates the application of documents to the exterior of a carton.[4]
