Into The Void is the first studio album by American metalcore band Behold Here's Poison. It was released on November 29, 2022, on an unsigned label. The album was produced by Tanner Tholl.
Background & Promotion[edit]
The first ever Behold Here's Poison release, the Unsaid EP, featured three tracks later revealed to be on the debut album: Unsaid, Never Backing Down, & Leverage, all featuring backing vocals from Canadian vocalist Voiicide. The band went on to release the single Divide on September 14, 2022, and later Taste The Blood, on October 12, announcing the album with it.
The song Collide on the album, which was not a single, became their most popular track by far.
Critical Reception[edit]
The album received mostly positive ratings from critics, some stating the album is "well-structured, crushing, and perfectly melodic when it has to be", while others stated the band is "clearly learning, but this is a great start to their career", averaging a score of 7.8/10.
