InvGate is an Argentine software company which provides enterprise service desk and information technology (IT) assets management tools.[2][3] It is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was founded by Ariel Gesto in 2008.[4][5] The incumbent chief executive officer of the company is Liliana Gary.[6]
The company has subsidiaries in Mexico and the United States.[6][7] It is considered a major software company active in the global IT management sector.[8] The services are used in more than forty-five countries.[2]

InvGate Assets[edit]
InvGate Assets software is an assets management software that allows medium-to-large enterprises to configure, monitor, and manage all of their IT assets remotely, as well as centralize IT help requests.[9] The software provides functions such as advanced reports, network discovery, remote desktop, change management, license management, software deployment, and software metering.[10][11]
InvGate Service Desk[edit]
InvGate Service Desk is an IT service management (ITSM) software which is used as an IT support and is available as on-premise software and as a cloud-based solution.[12][13] It has functions such as ticket management and has self-service capabilities which can provide a predictive knowledge base.[14] It also provides gamification of processes in order to motivate employees.[14]
