Iqbal Memorial Institute (IMI) is a school in Srinagar,[1][2] Jammu and Kashmir, India,[3] that educates children from Kindergarten to Upper Secondary (Year 12) level. It was founded in 1981.[4][5]

Location[edit]

The school is located in the Bemina city of district Srinagar. Male and female students are educated in separate premises. The girls' wing is on the Budgam road, opposite Government Degree College/Abdul Azad Memorial College, Bemina and the boys' wing is about 500 metres away at Sir Syed Abad Bemina, opposite Bemina Housing Colony.

Most children are admitted to the school at Lower Kindergarten level, usually aged 3–4 years. A broad range of subjects is offered.
