Iqbal momand (Pashto: اقبال مومند) (2023 , 1978) was a Pashto language poet from Pakistan.
Life[edit]
iQBAL MOMAND[2][circular reference] S/O HASHAM KHAN was born in the Khado Khel subsection in adezai Peshawar, village of peshawar dist. He complete his primary education from GHSS.adezai[3] and studied B.A from Islamia college peshawarIslamia College Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, He was a DSP police officer in lakki marwat police station.Along with the post of DSP,he was also a good pashto poet.[4] He was a closed friend of Fazal momand.who is his childhood friend. He died in a terrorist time bomb attack in lakki marwat.2023 Lakki Marwat terrorist attack
He wrote[5][6] naat that became known in Pakistan and Afghanistan. He joined a[7][8] where he got guidance from Qalandar Qalandar baba. And also a member of khaleel momand adabi mehpal
