Ironmill LLC
Ironmill LLC was an American limited liability company, based in St. Louis, Missouri. Ironmill LLC was founded by Andrew Higginbotham in February 2015, following his departure from CenturyLink. After partnering with Lance Cosby, Higginbotham drafted a pitch deck titled "Project Ironmill," which outlined plans to create a cybersecurity platform. After presenting to several large private equity firms, they finalized a $150 million raise from Abry Partners[1], a private equity company based in Boston, MA. Following this, the Ironmill LLC Missouri entity was dissolved[2], a new Ironmill entity was created in Delaware and subsequently named StackPath.
