Isaac Lee Kramer, Jr. is an American Gnostic bishop. He self-identifies as Patriarch of the Catholic Apostolic Church of Jerusalem and as Patriarch of The Holy Order of St. Raphael Interfaith.
The biography on his website reads:
"His Sacred Beatitude & Eminence, Patriarch Isaac L. Kramer (born December 19, 1978) is the Patriarch of the Catholic Apostolic Church of Jerusalem. He was elected by the College of Bishops and enthroned as Patriarch of The Holy Order of St. Raphael Interfaith on April 6, 2010 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
"Originally consecrated on April 6, 2010 by The Most Reverend Dr. Frank W. (Vandy) Vandeventer, SFO, Archbishop of The Southern Diocese for Christ Catholic Orthodox Church, on behalf of Patriarch James Franklin Mondok. His Sacred Beatitude Isaac was enthroned as Patriarch of The Holy Order of St. Raphael Interfaith. Prior to His Sacred Beatitude was Priest and Bishop of St. Raphael Interfaith Ecclesia, created December of 2008.
"On October 8, 2010, Patriarch Kramer's consecration was regularized. His lineage, consecration, and enthronement was not in question, however Metropolitan Archbishop Phillip Zimmerman of Corpus Christi Communion and The Reformed Catholic Church, wanted to ensure Patriarch Isaac's regularization in the Catholic Church. Therefore he was regularized by Metropolitan Archbishop Zimmerman, with co-consecrators Archbishop William Quinlan, and Bishop Marcis Heckman.
"As of October 17, 2010, The Holy Order of St. Raphael Interfaith entered communion into The Corpus Christi Communion as the new jurisdiction of The Reformed Gnostic Church. In doing so, Corpus Christi Communion Metropolitan Phillip Zimmerman asked Isaac to accept office of Metropolitan Archbishop of The Reformed Gnostic Church. On January 27, 2011 due to lack of communication and differences of opinion in regards to the governance. Since the separation the name Reformed Gnostic Church was kept by us and taken "in whole" from Corpus Christi Communion. On February 27, 2011 it was agreed upon that the name shall be changed to Catholic Apostolic Church of Jerusalem, with Patriarch Isaac continuing at the throne.
"Over the last year, Isaac has been a strong defender of equality in regards to the GLBT community. September of 2009 his Archdiocese created Lights for Equality. It was a candle vigil held in Worthington, Ohio dedicated towards the equality of all in Ohio and a response to Ohio's Equal Housing & Employment Act, that is currently in the Ohio Senate. He has worked along side of Equality Ohio as a Faith Advisor and Action Team Leader for his senate district. Patriarch Isaac has been dedicated to the cause of equal living for everyone and will continue to do so.
"His Sacred Beatitude was born on 19 December 1978 in Buffalo, New York. He is the son of Edward Kramer (1924-1995), and Tonya Kramer (1956-). Patriarch Isaac has one younger brother, Abraham (1980), and seven older siblings from his father's first marriage."
