Isabella García-Manzo (born 6 June 2003) is a Salvadoran model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe El Salvador 2023.[1] She represented El Salvador at Miss Universe 2023 and made it into the top 10 finalists.

Isabella García-Manzo was born on 10 December 2002 in San Salvador, El Salvador.[1] Isabella García-Manzo is a daughter of Guatemalan businessman Andres García Manzo and former beauty queen Natalia Gutiérrez who in 1994 represented the country of El Salvador in the Miss International beauty pageant.[citation needed]

García-Manzo represented El Salvador at the 72nd Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador held at the Adolfo Pineda National Gymnasium (Gimnasio Nacional Adolfo Pineda) on Saturday November 18, 2023.
