Origin and Production
First launched in 2017 by Island Company's owner and founder, Spencer Antle. It was Antle's idea with Island Company Rum to make "the smoothest rum on the planet. A rum that appealed to women and men alike".[1] The product is aged 3 years and distilled five times in Trinidad, is gluten free, has no carbs and zero sugar. It has only 60 calories per ounce.[2][3] It is distributed in Florida, California, Massachusetts, Texas, New York, New Jersey, the Cayman Islands and the Bahamas.[1][3]
