Ismael Aoki
Ismael Goncalves Aoki aka "The Cobra" (born July, 1th 1981) is a Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu, Muay Thai and mixed martial arts fighter hailing from Belem Brazil. With years of training at the world famous Brazilian Top Team academy Ismael built strengths in multiple disciplines. Ismael moved to the United States in 2013. He continues to expand his influence and broaden his competition into the global stage and is in direct contention to be a world champion.

Ismael "The Cobra" Aoki is a Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu, Muay Thai & MAA Fighter hailing from Belem Brazil. His love for mixed martial arts started at a young age. He started training in Kyokoshin Karate at age 14 where he blossomed a passion that extended across Muy Thai and Jiu - Jitsu.
Ismael had a mentor and great influence in training with his older brother, and Heavyweight World Champion, Fabiano "Cyclone" Aoki.
With years of training at the world famous Brazilian Top Team academy Ismael built strengths in multiple disciplines Aoki moved to Japan to teach and train at some of the worlds top Muay Thai & Jiu - Jitsu gyms.
Ismeal has served as the head of various Jiu-Jitsu gyms across the globe. He has been noted as a key contributor to Mixed Martial Art's growth in Japan and Brazil. As an active international fighter and ambassador for mixed martial arts, he attributes his drive and passion to his beautiful wife and two children.
Ismael moved to the United States in 2013. He continues to expand his influence and broaden his competition into the global stage and is in direct contention to be a world champion.
Aoki currently trains at the world class MMA Lab [1] in Glendale Arizona with such greats as Gracie legend John Crouch [2] and former UFC & WEC Lightweight Champion Benson Henderson.
