ISO Oerlikon AG is a Swiss family-owned, listed technology company headquartered in Menziken (Aargau), Switzerland. The company specializes in the trade and production of welding technology products. The company offers a comprehensive range of welding and cutting equipment under the Mahe® brand, as well as its own product lines, including ISOARC®, ISOFIL®, ISOLOT®, and ISOMET®. Additionally, it provides an extended range of abrasives, technical sprays, and lubricants for industrial maintenance.[2]
History
The name "Oerlikon" comes from the Oerlikon district in Zurich where the group has its origins. Founded in 1933 as ISOFIRM, the company has been operating as a family business since 1982.
