Isslam AlKhattam

Isslam Farouk AlKhattam (born 1 September 1971) is an Egyptian chef, businessman and television personality. Born and raised in Mansoura, Egypt. He started his career in hospitality after studying hotel management in Cairo, in 1995. After working in the hospitality field for more than 30 years, Isslam is recognized as one of the most successful HORECA people in Egypt, Dubai, Oman, and Abu Dhabi.
