Ivy Love Getty (born 1994) is an American artist, blogger, heiress, and socialite.

Biography[edit]

Getty was born in 1994 as the only daughter of John Gilbert Getty.[1] A member of the Getty family, she is the granddaughter of the billionare Gordon Getty and the philanthropist Ann Getty.[2][3] She is a great-granddaughter of the industrialist J. Paul Getty, who founded Getty Oil and the J. Paul Getty Trust, and the actress Ann Rork Light. Getty grew up at her grandparents mansion in Pacific Heights, San Francisco.[4][5]

Getty's birthday party in 2018, which she shared with her grandfather, was attended by celebrities and public figures including Nancy Pelosi, Paul Pelosi, Stanlee Gatti, and Kathy Hilton.[6]

Getty is a painter.[7] She also runs her own lifestyle and fashion blog, Ivy Getty Style.[8] She has a bachelor of fine arts degree from Loyola Marymount University.[9]

She became engaged to Toby Engel, a tech entrepreneur, in August 2020.[10][11]

Getty endorsed Joe Biden in the 2020 United States presidential election.[12]
