Júlio César Alves

Júlio César Alves is a Brazilian medical doctor accused of illegally providing performance-enhancing drugs to sports professionals like in the past soccer player and World Champion Roberto Carlos.[1][2][3][4][5] He was filmed under cover talking about drugs like EPO and Clenbuterol that he would prescribe even to teenagers.[6][7]
