The J.C. Donath Reserve is a sporting precinct located in Northern Reservoir between Johnson Street and Cheddar Road.
The precinct currently incorporates seven oval pitches and one rectangular pitch.[1] Numerous sporting clubs of various codes including Cricket, Soccer and AFL call J.C Donath Reserve 'home'. The clubs who play on these grounds are listed below:

The Precinct is named after the famous local administrator John C. Donath who served as a Municipal Clerk for 25 years starting in 1943.[7]
