Jack Harold Jones, Jr., (August 10, 1964 – April 24, 2017) was an Arkansas death row inmate convicted of the 1995 rape and murder[1] of Mary Phillips, whom he beat and strangled, and the near-fatal beating of her 11-year-old daughter Lacy Phillips (born c. May 1984) during a botched robbery in Bald Knob, Arkansas.[2][3][4]

Jones was executed by lethal injection on April 24, 2017, at the Cummins Unit in Lincoln County, Arkansas.[5] He was executed at 7:20 p.m., about three hours before fellow death row inmate Marcel Williams was executed.
