Jackie Dallas (actress)
Jackie Dallas (born May 23, 1984)[1] is an Asian-American film and television actress.[2][3][4][5][6]
Life and Career[edit]
Dallas was born in Syracuse, NY. She graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Cell Science, and then attended medical school in Antigua. She trained as a surgeon in New York and then a pathologist in Chicago before making the decision to pursue acting in California in 2014.[7][8]
In 2016, she had her first big screen role in the movie Hunting Season, starring Tom Sizemore.[9][10][11] One year later she played the minor role of Jen in the Netflix series Stranger Things.[6][12][13][14]
Dallas has continued to act in numerous television series, including Criminal Minds[15] and The Resident.[16][17][18][19] She recently played the lead role of Detective Harris in The Pining, also starring Tom Sizemore.[20][21][22][23][24]
In 2018, Dallas made her directorial debut with her short film Proud.[25][26]
